Single Tooth Implants & Implant Bridges
Prosthetically driven implant treatment starts with the end-goal in mind. For each case Dr. Sabo digitally simulates the final form, shape, and position of the desired end result prior to initiating any surgical treatment. Once the end-goal is established, we work backwards to ensure that the dental implant is placed in a position that is ideal for cleansability and force distribution.
By providing treatment in this way, dental implants have over 90% success rate and in many cases often last a lifetime.
Full-Arch / Full-Mouth Implant Bridges
Often referred to as “All-on-4” or “All-on-x”, this amazing implant treatment is designed for patients that have severely compromised teeth. In these cases we are able to replace all of the natural teeth with a one-piece dental implant bridge on the day of surgery.
This “Teeth-in-a-day” concept is quickly becoming the gold standard option for the severely compromised patient and is truly the most life-changing treatment in our practice. After treatment is finished, these patients have artificial teeth that look, feel, and function almost exactly like natural teeth.
For many this is the opportunity to finally have the smile and teeth that they have dreamed of without the risk of developing cavities!
Implant Assisted Dentures
(“Overdentures”)
For our patients that already have dentures, have limited bone, or are looking for a more affordable treatment to replace all of their missing teeth, we are able to use implants in various ways to secure the dentures. These patients eliminate the need for denture adhesive and significantly improve their comfort, confidence, and experience with food after enhancing their dentures with implants.
Management of Implant Complications
We often have patients who come to our office with implants placed many years ago and occasionally their implant needs some attention. Loose Screws, Broken Screws, Loose Crowns, etc.
Dr. Sabo is an expert at managing these complications and preventing future complications with dental implants.

Porcelain Veneers
Porcelain veneers are an amazing collaboration of art and science. These thin shells of porcelain/ceramic cover the visible surfaces of teeth to correct color, size and shape for cosmetic purposes.
These restorations often require very minimal modification to the existing teeth and can create a life-changing natural appearing, aesthetic makeover. Better yet, porcelain veneers often last 20+ years with little to no signs of deterioration and function just the same as the natural teeth without veneers.
Bonding/Adhesive Dentistry
For those of our patients who have chipped or worn teeth, we offer drill-free and anesthetic-free adhesive restorations which are performed with a process called microparticle air-abrasion. This is where the surface of the tooth is roughened with high pressure air and very fine grain sand aluminum oxide particles to roughen the surface and facilitate strong adhesion to the tooth when reconstructing small defects.
Gingival Recontouring
(Gum lift)
For our patients that either show excessive amounts of their gums when they smile or have asymmetry of the gums, we are able to perform laser re-shaping of the gum tissue to establish symmetry and harmony with the teeth.
This process is often included at no additional cost with porcelain veneer treatments when necessary.
Home & In-Office Teeth Whitening
We offer various predictable options for teeth whitening with both in-office and at-home treatments. For everyone from slight yellowing to severe deep staining, we are able to predictably restore the appearance of healthy white teeth using a variety of techniques. Often combined with our desensitization techniques as well!

I’m always happy with the service here. Just two years ago the previous owner passed away and I had been a patient for 20 years. The new leadership is fantastic! He’s friendly, competent, and is young. I just had Olivia as a dental hygienist and she was great. She gave me pointers on how I can improve my dental care. I saw Dr. Sabo at Piedmont Advanced Dentistry. I really like the experience. It was really welcoming. I had some tea, and looked around. My 93 year old father went to Piedmont Advanced Dentistry for a cleaning and to have a crown repaired. The staff was wonderful, kind and helpful. My father can be difficult, and they were very good with him. We were very pleased and look forward to going back.

Great experience from the moment I walked in. Staff is friendly. The Dr. is thorough and explains what he sees. It is important to me to be able to communicate my needs as well as understand what the Dr. sees and wants to do. They are gentle, thorough and nice.

So I went to Dr. Sabo for a consultation. Dr. Sabo was thorough in his checking of my list of problems and addressed my concerns with a sequence of needed affordable solutions. I am very pleased.
I have been going to this practice for close to 40 years. Dr. Sabo recently bought the practice after my dentist passed away. I was a bit nervous about seeing a new dentist and whether or not he would be as personable, and more importantly, do the same caliber of work as Dr Cobb. I spent 2.5 hours in the chair today and was very pleased with how it went. I’ve also been in a time or two for cleanings and found the staff to be pleasant and professional. As well, the office has been updated and it is a nice environment. Dr. S also has very excellent credentials. I highly recommend him and the practice.
Dr. Sabo is the best dentist ever! He has the best chair side manner I have ever experienced. He is warm and really cares about his patients. Not only is he amazing, but the entire staff from the receptionist to the hygienists, to the assistants are all warm and friendly.
